moment.[4-25]

moment.4 came to life after a quest to create a coffee table that would reveal the character of wood in a different light.

by applying the traditional Japanese technique of shou sugi ban — where parts of the wood are charred — unique patterns emerge, highlighting the organic character of the material.

final treatment with a colored stainer adds a fluid contrast, moving beyond the standard tones of wood and giving the piece a distinctly contemporary identity.

— an array of colours are available.

"from the start on, we felt that our unusual idea was in safe hands with moment. they transformed our idea into something truly unique and unexpected — perfectly reflecting our personalities."
